The City of Fort Wayne is pleased to partner with high quality, high capacity developers to undertake various projects in targeted areas of Fort Wayne.  In 2016-17, the Office of Housing & Neighborhood Services (“OHNS”) will make available several packages of properties available for acquisition for rehabilitation and/or new construction.  OHNS may provide development subsidy and other incentives related to these projects, as needed.  Developers interested in collaborating on these projects must register with OHNS.
