Rehabs Create Affordable Housing Opportunities in West Central

As part of its efforts to positively impact property values for the West Central neighborhood by increasing home ownership opportunities, Housing & Neighborhood Services has rehabilitated the last of six homes in the area. All the homes were sold to individuals or families meeting low- to moderate-income guidelines and all were rehabilitated according to guidelines from the Historic Preservation Commission.
