Packard 2030 Creighton Pedestrian Improvements copy

The Creighton Pedestrian Improvements in the Hoagland Masterson and Williams Woodland Park neighborhoods were identified as a priority corridor and one for which walkability and safety could be improved.

Project Overview

The portion of sidewalks on Creighton Avenue between Fairfield Avenue and Hoagland Avenue was identified as a highly-traveled route for neighborhood pedestrians but was seen as an area that needed improvement to enhance safety and visibility. Located next to a high-density residential building, a heavily traveled corridor, a central general store, and in what is considered the 3rd most walkable neighborhood by WalkScore (2023), the Creighton Avenue sidewalk was considered in poor condition.
