Fort Wayne, Ind. - The City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division in collaboration with the Packard Area Planning Alliance (PAPA) will host a series of open house events at Wunderkammer Company beginning January 10th.

These events will be an opportunity for residents and business owners review and provide feedback on proposed goals, policies, and action steps related to the new Packard 2030 Neighborhood Plan, which is scheduled for completion by summer 2022. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

When the Packard Area Planning Alliance was formed in 2005, it only included seven neighborhoods. Currently, the Packard Area Planning Alliance stretches across 18 historic south-central neighborhoods from Foster Park to Kettler Park, and Packard Park and the Bass Street Playlot.

People who live in the PAPA area are invited to attend the series of open house events at Wunderkammer Company, located at 3402 South Fairfield Avenue, to meet with City Neighborhood Planning and Activation staff.

Open house events will be held on the following dates:

  • Monday, January 10th anytime from 10AM to 8PM
  • Wednesday, January 12th anytime from 10AM to 5PM
  • Thursday, January 13th anytime from 5PM to 8PM
  • Sunday, January 16th anytime from 3PM to 7PM

Light refreshments will be provided by the Packard Area Planning Alliance. Residents in attendance also have a chance to win a gift card to a Packard Area business. For those who cannot attend, read more and provide feedback at www.packardplan.org
