Revised Legal Publication to be circulated on February 1, 2022.

The Federal HOME-ARP program provides a total of $5 billion to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations. It is funded through The American Rescue Plan (ARP). The funding can be used to provide housing, rental assistance, non-congregate shelter, and/or supportive services.

The City of Fort Wayne is slated to receive $4,029,194 in HOME-ARP funding to address homelessness and increase housing.

We need you to help us determine how best to use those dollars in our community. You can share your thoughts through the online questionnaire found below. The questionnaire is open to everyone in the City of Fort Wayne and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
