The public is invited to a one-hour presentation regarding how to use an online data visualization tool that provides and compares housing, economic and demographic information about Fort Wayne and 300 other cities across the country. The tool is designed to help municipalities understand their challenges and trends in the context of their peers.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago developed the Peer City Identification Tool, and representatives from the organization will be in Fort Wayne on Friday, September 22 to demonstrate how to use it. The presentation will take place from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Omni Room in the lower level of Citizens Square, 200 E. Berry St.

The Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne Community Research Institute and the City’s Community Development Division are hosting the community event and encourage leaders from non-profit agencies, educational institutions, foundations and grant-making organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies to attend. There is no cost for the presentation but RSVPs are requested to Rachel Blakeman at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
