Who is Ready for the Build Institute?

This business and project planning class is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs who are ready to start or restart their businesses.

Classes are led by trained facilitators and cover the basics of starting a business—from establishing an entity to financial literacy, market research to cash flow, loan types to cost-benefit analyses, and more.  During the cohort, subject matter experts (such as lawyers, accountants, bankers, and marketing professionals) will be in classes to help with questions and specific topics.

Participants are provided the tools to prepare their Business Plan Pitch at graduation and a Next Step Plan to connect them to other resources including the finalization of a business plan.  The program is designed to support participants' confidence to take their ideas to the next level.  Graduates become Build Alumni and continue their journey in this growing network of Northeast Indiana entrepreneurs.
